Neobe, a synthetic biology startup engineering microbial vectors to unlock curative responses in cancer patients, recently participated in the 8th International Conference on Microbiome Engineering (ICME) in Antwerp, Belgium. ICME is a global forum bringing together researchers and industry leaders focused on advancing microbiome-based technologies and therapies.
Our co-founder and CEO Pedro Correa de Sampaio, PhD, attended the conference, engaging with the international microbiome research community and discussing emerging trends and technologies in microbiome engineering and therapeutic development. Through these interactions, the exchanging of ideas, visions and potential collaborations was explored, all in the effort of growing towards our goal as a company, improving existing cancer treatments in hard-to-treat cancer types.
